Beginning today, India will be suspending Canadian Visas, escalating the conflict between the two countries.
This act is in response to Canada's claim that Indian agents were behind an assassination that occurred back in June of a Canadian citizen.
On Tuesday, the Indian government rejected that they had anything to do with the assassination and then moved to expel a Canadian Diplomat from New Delhi.
Canada had done the same thing to an Indian diplomat in a intelligence agency in
Canada the day before.
Analysts are calling this the lowest point in history for the relations between the two countries. Until this relationship heals, Indian government officials are urging Indian citizens to, "exercise utmost caution due to anti-Indian activities and politically condoned hate crimes."
