Ingredients:
-8-10 oz pork loin
-Bell pepper
-Onion
-2 Eggs
-Frozen mixed vegetables
-2-3 cups day old rice
-Sesame oil
-Garlic Powder
-Ground Ginger
-Soy sauce
-Salt
-Pepper
Steps:
Cut pork into 1-inch cubes
Chop pepper and dice onion
Heat wok or skillet over medium heat, scramble eggs until they are just barely set, remove from pan
Add 2-3 tablespoons of sesame oil
Add pork and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Cook on all sides until browned
Add pepper and onion, season with salt, and cook until tender
Add frozen vegetables, cook until soft
Add rice, cook until heated through and mixed well with everything else
Add soy sauce, more garlic powder, ground ginger, and the cooked eggs, combine
