Former President Donald Trump is scheduled to appear in court today in his Civil Fraud suit that we’ve been watching for some time now.
This comes following the testimonies of Trump’s children Donald Jr. and Eric Trump, who both claimed Ignorance last week in their individual testimonies.
They’re not the only on Donald’s children set to appear in court though, as his daughter, Ivanka is scheduled to be in court this Wednesday.
This comes at a time where polls across the country are swinging in a direction not many could foresee.
Reuters has published early poll results from mainly battleground states, in which the Former President is leading by an average of 4% in each state.
Many have shown displeasure in President Biden’s age, performance, and mental ability, though it wasn’t clear just how much that would affect his numbers until now.
Kevin Munoz, a Biden campaign spokesperson, stated, “Predictions more than a year out tend to look a little different a year later. Don't take our word for it: Gallup predicted an 8 point loss for President Obama only for him to win handedly a year later.”
The polls showed swaying in the realm of who is voting for the former President as well, as Trump is polling higher than ever with Black and Hispanic voters, while Biden is dwindling to garner their votes.
